Hunter formed the London pop-group "Ashmore" with Sean Power in 2000 and was spotted by A&R guru Kevin Holland King of Silverword records. The debut CD was released in 2001 and available in 7 countries, closely followed by their second techno dance album in 10 countries. The first vinyl single, released on Londons "Trusted Recordings" label in collaboration with DJ Lucci & DJ Louca, sold out within days and was promoted by Roger Sanchez at Ibiza's Manumission dance club as well as being played by Annie Nightingale on BBC Radio 1.
Having previously written for "Future Music Magazine", Hunter moved to sunny Sydney and formed "Paranoid State" with outstanding vocalist Sera Monson.
Recently, Hunter has produced two Paranoid State dance remixes with Australian R&B singer Jade MacRae to be released in 2008 on Workstation Records.
